We went to Duluth last weekend to celebrate with friends/family. A friend-turned-family (through marriage when my father in law remarried a couple years ago) graduated from school again. This time as a radiology tech. Her husband threw a Deer and Beer party - venison sloppy joes and venison burgers were on the menu. We also got to see Baby Aina (Brenda's grand-daughter) for the first time and Conrad has been asking for her ever since! The party wasn't until Sunday afternoon so we spent Saturday at the beach. It was quite warm and the water was surprisingly not frigid for Lake Superior.
